Waking up to the serene beauty of the lake each morning was a highlight of our stay. The facilities at the hotel are impeccable. Our room was not only aesthetically pleasing but also featured a supremely comfortable bed and state-of-the-art amenities, creating a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The entire hotel showcases a blend of luxury and modern design, with every corner and space thoughtfully planned out. For those who enjoy staying active, the gym is well-equipped and spacious. Additionally, the hotel offers an exclusive beach club and an inviting pool area, making it easy to relax or enjoy a variety of water activities right on the premises. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! The building and the gardens are beautiful, and it's just in front of the lake, which just adds magic to the overall experience. The staff, from the reception, to the restaurant and spa area, they're all amazing. When we arrived, we were offered the opportunity to check the room before settling in and we were offered the upgrade from a junior suite to a bigger suite with a balcony, since we were really hoping to have one. The room (actually, rooms, since we visited the other one as well) was amazing! Very spacious, very modern, clean, and high tech. You can control the blinds and lights from LCD panels, the bathroom is awesome and the bed was so, so comfortable (we slept extremely well!)! The pool was amazing, and the indoor spa also worth a visit (we had a great time there, especially one day, when it rained for hours and we felt like staying at the hotel). And, once again, everything feels new, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was also very, very good, with different options from the basic buffets you usually find at other hotels; I especially appreciated the fruit, very fresh and well chosen. We were extremely pleased with our stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at the Como Lake region. You can hire a boat from the hotel, but there's also the public port nearby if you want to go to Bellagio or Varenna, for example. There are also some restaurants nearby (but not a lot, some are just cafés or bistros with light snacks, but not appropriate for dinner), but you always have the hotel's restaurant if you prefer (we asked for room-service once, and the food was very good). A 5-stars hotel that definitely looks and feels like it. Very well impressed and we would certainly come back! 👌

The customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived till we departed. The staff are so accommodating, they upgraded us to the next room which was very lovely of them. Throughout the stay the staff have been the best. The food and the facilities are amazing..

Beautifully newly renovated small hotel. beautiful modern rooms with exceptional Bathrooms with amazing stone work and great high quality fixtures , nice pool area, great gym, very warm and attentive staff. Menaggio is a nice little town

Everything about Grand Hotel Victoria was excellent. The customer service was excellent. The hotel is amazing, and the spa was out of this world. We have been a lot of places and GHV is now our favorite.
